Welcome to the Imaginic Creators Hub.
By registering or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the laws of Zimbabwe.
1. PLATFORM PURPOSE
The Imaginic Creators Hub connects creatives with productions, casting calls, collaborations, training programs, internships, and other creative opportunities across the region.
Use of the platform does not guarantee employment, selection, payment, or future opportunities.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the platform.
3. ACCOUNT APPROVAL
Imaginic reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any account or application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
4. USER INFORMATION
All information submitted to the platform must be accurate and truthful.
Fake profiles, impersonation, false qualifications, forged documents, misleading portfolios, or unauthorized content are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent removal from the platform or legal action.
5. CONTENT & PORTFOLIOS
You retain ownership of your uploaded work and portfolio content.
By uploading content, you grant Imaginic permission to review, store, display, and internally use the content for recruitment, project coordination, evaluation, and operational purposes related to the platform.
6. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Users are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive conduct, fraud, hate speech, unlawful activity, or behavior harmful to the platform, productions, clients, or other users will not be tolerated.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
Users may gain access to confidential production materials, concepts, scripts, client information, or unreleased content. Such information must not be shared or distributed without written permission.
8. PRIVACY & DATA
By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your information for recruitment, communication, project management, and operational purposes.
Imaginic will take reasonable steps to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security of online systems.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Imaginic shall not be liable for missed opportunities, project cancellations, service interruptions, technical failures, data loss, or third-party conduct.
10. TERMINATION
Imaginic may suspend or terminate access to the platform without notice where these Terms are violated or where conduct is considered harmful to the platform or its operations.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
Imaginic may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
